Scott is absolutely *the best* agent I have ever worked with. I love the fact that Scott prioritizes his relationship with his clients above all else. It took us a long time (multiple years) to find the perfect match since we had strict criteria - but never did we feel the pressure to commit to something we did not like. Scott acted as our eyes and ears, and gave us his honest opinion about every property we looked at (and almost always, his guidance steered us away from making the wrong decision). Five stars just isn't enough. Scott continually went above and beyond our expectations as we pushed through an almost year long search for not a residence, but a home. Scott was with us %100 of the whole way. Early mornings, late nights, fast paperwork, and good laughs. His knowledge is vast and the contractors we got to work with were top notch. If you're looking for the best, work with Scott. You might just make a new friend too.

We highly recommend Scott to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. Scott has in-depth local knowledge, and an easy going nature which made the house buying process a relatively stress free experience. Scott made himself available at all times to fit within our schedules and was unobtrusive, inserting himself into the process only when necessary. We preferred this approach as opposed to some agents who like to be over-involved. He was always punctual to appointments and went out of his way to be at the property to meet various inspectors/contractors we had scheduled throughout the purchasing process. He also provided names of trusted contractors he used personally which was more than useful.

Scott's competence, knowledge, flexibility, and willingness to go above and beyond are just few epithets to describe what a terrific real-estate agent he is. Everything went really smooth with purchasing our house, from the moment we started searching until we signed the final documents. All was due to Scott's efforts. The most outstanding was his recommendation to check on the interest rates even after we had already locked, as they lowered by a quarter point more just a few days before the closing date. I was very impressed with Scott's immediate attention to detail in presenting my property to the market. Professional photography and excellent print materials. He was always on time for open house, responded 24 hours to questions from other agents and myself, all the while with a big smile on his face. He was a pleasure to work with. Scott helped us buy our new house, and that went so well we also asked him to sell our old condo. He was always available and immediately responsive via phone and email, even on the weekends. Scott was incredibly polite and to the point. Very honest and extremely detail orientated. We had a lot of questions about the property as it was a large piece of land. He walked us through every step and was always available to answer any questions. Everything was done in a timely manner and we got a great price for our new home. Scott is a truly remarkable agent, and human. During peak pandemic seller frenzy we had a tough time with aggressive buyer competition, low supply, and many market unknowns. Scott helped us to navigate the ambiguous market with the highest integrity to reduce the chance of us making emotional decisions. Time and time again he was able to advise where to push back, when to give in, and what is a reasonable line to draw to unreasonable requests. We ended up closing on our dream home at asking price without waiving critical contingencies. Scott flawlessly guided the activities within the acceptance and escrow periods to mitigate any risk, and the end result was very low stress on our side. We could not be happier in this home. You have incredible resources and were able to make things happen in a very short turn around.I was recommended to Scott by a trusted friend and he was awesome. This was my first time selling a house and every time I thought there was a roadblock, be it repainting the red kitchen, to landscaping, to fixing a few things Scott always has a person or knows a person that can do that. The referrals were very professional and went over the top of what I needed. Scott helped us find a buyer for our existing home from another referral when we were still debating on a sale or keeping it as a rental. He also helped us find our new home. When timelines collided and the whole process turned into a 30day sale and close for both homes, Scott was able to handle the entire process smoothly with information to everyone throughout. Scott went over and above the call of duty for me. I was the personal representative for my parent's estate home and had a ton of work to do to prep the house for sale. Scott was extremely helpful starting with his contractor referrals (they all did amazing work for an honest price and I have since hired some of them to work on my own home) right down to organizing a last minute dump run to satisfy the new buyer. He brought in a wonderful stager and an amazing photographer and the house ended up showing like it was new. We ended up with multiple offers over asking price and closed within 3 weeks.
